Pricing Questions
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to your chosen tier. No credit card required. We also offer a personalised demo where you can see the platform with your own use cases.
Are there any setup fees?
Standard onboarding and setup are included. Complex data migrations or custom integrations may involve a one-time setup fee, which we will quote transparently before you commit.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. Moving from Starter to Professional unlocks compliance packs, advanced risk scoring, integrations, and more. You only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period.
Do you offer discounts for public sector organisations?
Yes. We offer preferential pricing for NHS trusts, local authorities, and other public sector organisations. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
What if I outgrow my plan?
You can add extra suppliers at £0.75/supplier/month or extra users at £15/user/month without changing plan. Or simply upgrade to the next tier when you're ready. We'll always give you notice before any limit is reached.
What contract lengths are available?
We offer annual subscriptions as standard. Multi-year agreements are available with additional savings. Monthly billing can be arranged for organisations that require it.
