Our Story

How My Supplier List Began

My Supplier List started with a simple frustration. UK businesses were being sold supplier management tools designed for American regulatory frameworks, then left to figure out how to make them work for the Bribery Act, the Modern Slavery Act, and a dozen other obligations that are specific to operating in the United Kingdom.

The founders of Hotline Labs Ltd had spent years working with procurement and compliance teams who were stuck between two bad options: expensive enterprise platforms that needed six months of customisation, or spreadsheets and shared drives that fell apart as soon as the supplier base grew beyond a handful of vendors.

There had to be a better way. So we built one.

My Supplier List is a supplier management platform designed from day one around UK regulations, UK data hosting, and the real workflows that UK procurement and compliance teams follow every day. Not a US product with a localisation layer. Not a generic tool with a bolt-on compliance module. A purpose-built system for how UK organisations actually manage their supply chains.
