The board has asked for a supplier risk summary by Friday. You need to show the overall risk position across your supply chain, highlight the top 10 highest-risk suppliers, break down compliance gaps by category, and include a trend line showing whether things are getting better or worse. With data spread across spreadsheets, the last QBR deck, and a shared drive full of compliance documents, you are looking at two to three days of work to pull this together. And by the time you deliver it, the data is already a week old.
How It Works
My Supplier List includes a reporting engine that generates reports from the live data already in the platform. You are not exporting data to build reports elsewhere. The reports are built from the same supplier records, compliance scores, risk ratings, and financial data that your team works with every day.
Pre-built report templates cover the most common reporting needs: supplier risk summary, compliance status overview, document expiry report, spend analysis by supplier or category, performance scorecard summaries, and ESG metrics. Each template can be run as-is or customised with filters (by supplier category, risk level, compliance pack, date range, or any combination).
The ad-hoc report builder lets you create custom reports for requirements that the templates do not cover. Select the data fields you need, apply filters, choose a sort order, and run the report. Custom reports can be saved for reuse, so you build them once and run them whenever you need them.
Scheduled reporting means recurring reports can be generated and distributed automatically. A weekly compliance gap report to the compliance manager, a monthly spend summary to the finance director, or a quarterly risk overview to the board can all be configured to run on a schedule and delivered by email as a PDF or CSV attachment.
Dashboard views provide at-a-glance metrics for different roles. The executive dashboard shows high-level KPIs: total supplier count, overall risk distribution, compliance completion rates, and spend trends. The procurement dashboard focuses on onboarding pipeline, contract renewals, and supplier performance. The compliance dashboard highlights overdue documents, incomplete questionnaires, and suppliers with deteriorating risk scores.
All reports are exportable to PDF (formatted for printing or board packs) and CSV (for further analysis in spreadsheets). Report data respects the platform's role-based access controls, so users only see data for the suppliers and modules they have permission to access.
