Plans
Track Carbon Reduction Plans aligned to PPN 06/21 requirements for UK government contracts. Monitor ESG metrics, manage sustainability documentation, and generate compliance reports.
Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP) Tracking
Under PPN 06/21, suppliers bidding for UK government contracts above £5 million must demonstrate a Carbon Reduction Plan. My Supplier List tracks CRP status, stores documentation, and alerts you to gaps in your supply chain.

ESG Score Calculation
ESG scores are calculated from compliance pack responses, document status, and certifications:
Scores feed into the Dynamic Risk Engine's ESG pillar (10% of overall risk score).

See It in Action
Your organisation has just been awarded a public sector contract worth over 5 million pounds. Under Procurement Policy Note 06/21, you are required to have a Carbon Reduction Plan in place, and the contracting authority is increasingly asking about your supply chain's carbon footprint too. Your suppliers need to report on Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, but most of them have never been asked to do this before. You need a way to collect, score, and report on ESG data across your supply base without hiring a sustainability consultancy.
How It Works
My Supplier List includes an ESG module built around the three pillars that matter most to UK organisations: Environmental, Social, and Governance. Each pillar has its own scoring framework, and the combined ESG score feeds into the supplier's overall risk profile through the 5-Pillar Risk Engine.
The Environmental pillar focuses on carbon reporting. Suppliers are asked to report their emissions across Scope 1 (direct emissions from owned or controlled sources), Scope 2 (indirect emissions from purchased electricity, heat, and steam), and Scope 3 (all other indirect emissions in the value chain). The platform provides structured input forms that guide suppliers through what to include in each scope, reducing the confusion that typically surrounds carbon reporting for organisations doing it for the first time.
For organisations that need to comply with PPN 06/21, the platform captures the specific data points that a Carbon Reduction Plan must contain: baseline emissions, reduction targets, the measures being taken to achieve those targets, and progress against them. This data can be exported in a format aligned to PPN 06/21 reporting requirements.
The Social pillar covers labour practices, diversity and inclusion policies, community impact, and alignment with the Social Value Act 2012. The Governance pillar assesses board-level ESG oversight, anti-corruption policies, whistleblowing procedures, and supply chain transparency commitments.
ESG data can be exported in formats aligned to recognised reporting frameworks including GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), TCFD (Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures), and SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board). This means the data you collect from suppliers can feed directly into your own sustainability reports without manual reformatting.
Trend tracking lets you see whether a supplier's ESG performance is improving or declining over time, so you can target engagement where it will have the most impact.
Structured ESG data collection across Environmental, Social, and Governance pillars, with Carbon Reduction Plan reporting aligned to PPN 06/21, gives you auditable supply chain sustainability data without manual spreadsheet collection.
